Our Provider
Synthia “Cyndi” Frank, APRN, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 35 years of nursing experience. A native of Breckinridge County, she graduated from Breckinridge County High School before earning her nursing degrees from Elizabethtown Community College and Western Kentucky University.
Cyndi specializes in family practice and provides comprehensive healthcare for patients of all ages. She is known for her compassionate, patient-centered approach and values building strong, lasting relationships with those she cares for.
In addition to routine primary care, Cyndi performs a variety of in-office procedures, including suturing.
Cyndi and her husband of 38 years reside in Leitchfield. Together they have two children and three grandchildren. Outside of work, she enjoys life on the family farm, gardening, and spending time with her family.
